Our Carbon Rim Quality Warranty

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our carbon rims and offer a standard manufacturing warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. If your rim fails due to a defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

To ensure the quality of our products, we conduct rigorous testing and quality control measures at every step of the manufacturing process.

However, in the rare event that you experience any issues with your carbon rim, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Please note that our warranty does not cover any damage resulting from improper installation, use, or maintenance, or any other external factors beyond our control. Additionally, any modifications or alterations to the rim will void the warranty.

Our 80% Discount Crash Replacement Policy for Carbon Rims

We understand that accidents can happen and we want to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we offer an 80% discount on any damaged carbon rims due to accidents, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The crash replacement policy is valid for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
  • The discount is applicable only for the original purchaser of the product.
  • The discount is applicable only for carbon rims that are damaged beyond repair due to accidents, and not for normal wear and tear.
  • The customer must provide a proof of purchase, and evidence of the accident that caused the damage.
  • The replacement product will be shipped to the customer within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability of stock.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the damaged product.
  • The decision on the eligibility for the crash replacement discount will be at the discretion of our customer service team.

Clear Guidelines for Ordering Carbon Rims

At YISHUNBIKE, we understand the importance of clear and concise order terms to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process for our customers.

As such, we would like to outline our order terms as follows:

  • Order Quantity: We offer a minimum order quantity of 6 pieces per model for in-stock items in our European and Asian warehouses. For out-of-stock items, the minimum order quantity is 30 pieces per model.
  • Delivery Time: For in-stock items, we can deliver within one week. For out-of-stock items, the delivery time is four weeks. For customized decals and paint, as well as customized packaging, the delivery time is five weeks after order confirmation. For customized molds, the first delivery time is three months.
