Precision Cutting

Our carbon rim manufacturing process incorporates the use of a computer-controlled automatic cutter, ensuring precise and accurate cutting of the prepreg material. Unlike other manufacturers who cut the material into multiple pieces and later laminate them together, we have developed a cutting technique that allows us to create rims in one continuous piece.

For example, when producing our 700c rims, we cut the prepreg to the exact circumference of approximately 2000mm in a single piece, eliminating the need for connectors and resulting in a seamless structure. This approach not only reduces weight but also enhances the overall strength and integrity of the fiber structure.
